Quantum Healing Hypnosis

I'm a Level 2 Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique practitioner, which also means that I have completed more than 100 hours of in-person sessions!

Quantum Healing Hypnosis is a very specialized form of hypnosis that taps into our inner reservoir of understanding, support, information, guidance and wisdom. It feels to me like it is the place where our subconscious storage system meets with Higher Self navigation and support.  The technique was developed by the late Dolores Cannon and training in the method is continued by her daughter Julia Cannon and team.

One of the amazing things about a QHHT session is that the benefits keep on going long after the session, as the connection within yourself is strengthened in the session.

Please note that all QHHT sessions are done in person. I can provide an office setting or we can negotiate an alternate location on a case-by-case basis. 

With a QHHT session, I save a minimum of 5 hours for our day together. The $200 fee includes the pre-session phone consultation, our day together in Quantum Healing space, and a digitally recorded copy of your hypnosis session. Using the recording as a tool for continued healing and support is recommended!

The process of a QHHT session begins with your inquiry and a free 20 minute phone consult to answer any questions, prepare for the session and to set up the details.

Our day together will include a relaxed pre-hypnosis interview which helps me get to know you, establishes trust, and stimulates the sub-conscious; the actual hypnosis session which begins with guided deep relaxation and continues on to a natural dialogue from that deeper, relaxed state; and a post-session debriefing right after the hypnosis. Dress comfortably. Bringing along some light foods/beverages to nourish and hydrate for the pre and post sessions is welcome and recommended.
